Get Your Workouts Back On Track

It is difficult to maintain a workout regimen without interruption. Life sometimes interferes; you might get sick or have to take a long business trip, or perhaps you just have a lot of parties to attend and give up on your health kick for a while. I went to the gym today thinking that we would be doing more running or weight training. To my surprise my personal trainer decided we should try some boxing. What a great change to my routine. It allowed me to get my anger out by hitting a bag. As well It felt like something new and exciting. Looking forward to what he has in store for me next.

Went to the gym again today and saw my personal trainer. He wanted to talk about my nutrition and what I was eating and when. Seems like this could be a more then just running on a treadmill for 20 minutes and then using some weights. I am in for the long haul on this one so we will see were this goes.

I have successfully recovered enough to go to the Gym again. I thought that I would be in pain for a long time but my body healed quite quickly. I think it was more of a shock to the system that I was moving then any real lasting pain. Along with the measurements Andrew, my personal trainer gave me a work out sheet with a list of exercises.
